Billing FAQs.
- Are there token charges or usage fees?
- No. Every model in your plan, all month, one number on your invoice. What you pay in January is what you pay in December — no per-call billing, no usage alerts from your CFO.
- Can I add or remove seats mid-month?
- Yes. Add seats at any time — billed pro-rata to the next invoice cycle. Removing seats takes effect at the next renewal.
- How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
- Open Admin → Billing → Change plan. Upgrades are immediate. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Credit card and ACH for Team and Business. Enterprise plans support invoicing, NET 30, PO numbers, and procurement portals.
- How do I download invoices?
- Admin → Billing → Invoices. Every invoice is downloadable as PDF. We can also email them automatically to your AP team.
- What happens at the end of the trial?
- Nothing automatic — we don't take a card up front. You'll get a reminder a few days before the trial ends. If you don't add billing, the workspace pauses; your data is retained for 30 days.
- Do you offer non-profit or education pricing?
- Yes. Email support and we'll route you to the right plan.
- Can I get a refund?
- Annual contracts are refundable pro-rata within the first 30 days, no questions asked. Monthly plans can be canceled at any time and won't renew.
