Billing FAQs.

Are there token charges or usage fees?
No. Every model in your plan, all month, one number on your invoice. What you pay in January is what you pay in December — no per-call billing, no usage alerts from your CFO.
Can I add or remove seats mid-month?
Yes. Add seats at any time — billed pro-rata to the next invoice cycle. Removing seats takes effect at the next renewal.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Open Admin → Billing → Change plan. Upgrades are immediate. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card and ACH for Team and Business. Enterprise plans support invoicing, NET 30, PO numbers, and procurement portals.
How do I download invoices?
Admin → Billing → Invoices. Every invoice is downloadable as PDF. We can also email them automatically to your AP team.
What happens at the end of the trial?
Nothing automatic — we don't take a card up front. You'll get a reminder a few days before the trial ends. If you don't add billing, the workspace pauses; your data is retained for 30 days.
Do you offer non-profit or education pricing?
Yes. Email support and we'll route you to the right plan.
Can I get a refund?
Annual contracts are refundable pro-rata within the first 30 days, no questions asked. Monthly plans can be canceled at any time and won't renew.
